Why do you want to be a staff member?: I want to become staff on Skytrips because of multiple reasons. Staff isn't just about perms and commands that you get. It's a serious job that combines multiple things such as helping people and making sure that there are no rule breakers on the server for the enjoyment of other players. I actually want to help people have better and more fun experience playing on Skytrips. Another important thing is patience. As a staff member, you can run into many problems. Some will be easy to fix, but some can be straight up annoying and that's when patience comes in. You need the patience to deal with players (this includes the rule breakers, interested people and beggars) which can sometimes take a long time. I would also like to say that I'm experienced pyro factions player considering I've been playing it for 5 and a half years now so I have a lot of knowledge about the gamemode itself. The main reason why I would like to become a staff member is because of the fact that I like the community of Skytrips and that I would want to help it grow.
Why do you think you should be accepted instead of others?: The important thing here is equality. For example, if I would become staff member I wouldn't consider myself any better than other players. We are equal and staff members are here just to make your experience on Skytrips more enjoyable.
Do you have any previous staff experience?: I've owned many servers that had many players on it daily. I've been chat-mod on Cosmic Craft. I've been developer on StrictlyPvP. I've been helper on PyroPvP Club. I've been owner and developer on PyroPvP.

1. I'll be honest. 2. Fairness in punishment. 3. Professionalism when necessary. 4. I'll interacts well and often with other players. 5. As open and transparent as possible.
7. Moderate the server and chat professionally.
8. Not abuse my permissions.
9. Help players any time.
10. Screenshare people properly.
Situation 1: 2 people are hacking on the server, you receive 2 reports on discord about someone advertising there. What would you do? If someone is hacking I'd try to get enough evidence as possible and get tell them to download AnyDesk or hop in a discord call with me so I can screenshare them to find any possible unfair advantages. If I find any hacks or cheats I'd ban them permanently. If I see someone advertising I'd just mute them for 2 weeks. If they continue after 2 weeks I would just ban them.
Situation 2: Someone is threatening to hack the server discord and in game, what would you do? It isn't that serious because they really won't do that all lmfao. They won't do shit.
