My name is Matthew my in-game name is PyroChamp, My discord is Memez#5233. I play any pyropvp servers that come out and rarely try to become staff But the staff on this server are always inactive, never help, and down right suck. I am donator 5 and I want to become staff to actually help members with cheaters, unfair advantages, Scamming (with money) and ssing cheaters, I'm also always active and hate seeing inactive staff. I feel like I should be accepted over others because unlike them i'll actually ss people, be active whenever I can be, Watch whats going on in pvp, Ask for proof when a person gets hackusated and their reasoning (then proceed to watch). I've had multiple staff experiences because ive been playing pyro pvp servers for atleast 2-3 years now. Oaths:

Be active. Watch pvp for cheaters. SS cheaters and or suspicious players. Be kind/respectful. Keep calm when players are having a heated conversation. Try my best to watch pvp for cheaters. Make sure people aren't getting scammed irl money. When another player is being toxic i'll ask them to calm down and explain the situation. Not get mad when pvping (anger issues ;/) Never disrespect other staff.

Situation 1: If someone told me there were people cheating on the server I would log on and quickly /v and proceed to watch them and if they were indeed cheating then I would freeze them (if y'all got that plugin) and ss them individually or call another staff to come help. If people where advertising on the server I would temp mute them for 10 minutes and increase from there if they continued to advertise. Situation 2: I would immediately tell one of the owners about the threat and wait for further instructions. If the owner wasn't there to take care of the problem I'd temp ban him until the owner could solve the situation.
